PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4119 of 2017 expeditiously.

The present Civil Revision is laid seeking for a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4119 of 2017 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is now directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.4119 of 2017 within a period of four (4) months from the date of communication of this order, at any rate not later than 30.09.2022.
