JUDGMENT

On 21.12.2018, when the matter was called, there was no representation on the side of the appellant, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.01.2019. Today i.e., (03.01.2019) when the matter was called there was no representation on the side of the appellant, therefore, the matter was passed over. Even thereafter, when the matter was taken up none appeared on the side of the appellant, which shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
