Prayer in CMP.No.12570/2021: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents herein, their men, servants, agents or anyone claiming on behalf of them, from in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the suit property and also from creating any encumbrance and also from putting up any permanent or temporary structures over the property forming the subject matter of the suit in OS.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Ambur. Prayer in CMP.No.12574/2021: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to suspend the operation of the decree dated 30.08.2018 passed in OS.No.85 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Vaniyambadi, pursuant to the decree dated 25.01.2021 passed in AS.No.27 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi.

For Respondents : No representation in both the petitions COMMON ORDER In these miscellaneous petitions, this court by its order dated 23.08.2021, have granted Interim injunction until further orders and interim suspension of the operation of the decree dated 30.08.2018 passed in OS.No.85 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Vaniyambadi. Thereafter, these matters have been adjourned on several occasions and the same have been kept pending till now. Hence, the interim orders already granted are made absolute and these miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
