ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 08.01.2019 issued to the petitioner by the first respondent.

2. The petitioner has been suspended from service with effect from 28.12.2018, pursuant to the impugned suspension order dated 08.01.2019. The petitioner seeks for revocation of the suspension.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if she is allowed to give a fresh representation, seeking for revocation of the suspension in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if such a direction is issued.

Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent, requesting for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 08.01.2019 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the first respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
