This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.29 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Government Head Quarters Hospital, Salem.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report in this case was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Salem on 08.02.2020 and the case is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the submission that the final report had already been filed before the Court concerned, nothing survives in this petition.
