This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to act upon the two Complaints dated 27.11.2025 and 14.01.2026 given by the petitioners against respondents 3 to 6, to provide police protection to the Petitioners of their interest in immovable property at Dharmapuri District, Krishnagiri Registration District, Kelamangalam Sub Registration Office, S.No.26/1A for an extent of 0.30 Acre in new subdivision S.No.26/1A2 for an extent of 0.02.0 Hectare or 0.05 Acre or 2925 Sq.Ft with an Mangalore tiled house in Door No.3/82 and in New Subdivision S.No.26/1A3 for an extent of 0.10.0 Hectare or 0.25 Acre totally for an extent of 0.30 Acre.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 6 regarding possession of the property, already respondents 3 to 6 filed suit for partition in OS.No.80 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur and it is pending for adjudication without any interim order. Therefore, the petitioner and respondents 3 to 6 are directed to approach civil court for appropriate relief.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
