O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR, on the complaint dated 23.06.2015 sent by RPAD received on 25.06.2015 by the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner's husband died on 15.1.2004 and that he had left some goods, which is said to have been taken away. The complaint does not make any cognizable offence and hence no positive direction can be given.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
