O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 30.09.2010 made in W.P.No.41624 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2006.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced the compliance report of the second respondent viz., Director of Social Defence, which was filed on behalf of the first respondent, in compliance of the order dated 30.09.2010 passed by this Court. In paragraph 4, it is stated as follows:- "4. It is humbly submitted that the Superintendent, Government Reception Home, Vellore has informed that the bill for the interest amount of Rs.2,93,903/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Three only) was presented in the Vellore Treasury Office on 03.07.2015 (Token No.11075) and the amount has been credited into the petitioner's account through E.C.S. on 14.07.2015."

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary. This Contempt Petition stands closed.
