This petition has been filed to relax the above said bail condition, in para no.3 the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 pm, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.1372 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.31760 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para no.3 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 pm, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.1372 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.31760 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025., is relaxed.
