2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey of the subject writ property has been conducted. Some encroachments have been found. Steps, under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, to remove the encroachment would be commenced within a period of three months from today.
3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (J.S.N.P., J.) 05.04.2024 Index :
