2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to disburse the payments relating to Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Encashment (Earned Leave and Old Medical Leave), Commutation, Leave Surrender for year of 2009-2011 and 2017-2018 and 10 days last month salary and all other retirement benefits with effect from 01.08.2024, with applicable interest, to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
