ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint dated 01.07.2014 given to the 1st respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On a complaint given by one Sehal Ghose against the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.101 of 2015 and the same was closed on 08.07.2015.

4.In view of the closure of the complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in connection with CSR No.101 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
