2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay of 294 days in filing Second Appeal Review S.R.No.8100 of 2023 is condoned.
