This application has been filed seeking permission to effect substituted service on the respondents 1 and 4.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application dated 04.03.2025, this application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to effect substituted service by paper publication on the respondents 1 and 4 for their appearance before this court on 04.04.2025.

The paper publication shall be effected in a "Tamil daily Thinathanthi", having wide circulation in Chennai, Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram Districts, on or before 21.03.2025.
