ORDER
Before the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai, two petitions are pending, viz. HMOP No.4342 of 2015, which the respondent has filed for dissolution of his marriage with the revision petitioner and M.C. No.535 of 2017, which the revision petitioner has filed for interim maintenance. Besides, the revision Page No.1/3
petitioner has also filed HMOP No.4408 of 2015 for restitution of conjugal rights. The trial of the cases, is said to have commenced and the respondent had filed a common chief affidavit for all the three cases. The revision petitioner herein, has, therefore, taken out an application in I.A. (sr) No.1390 of 2022 seeking separate trial of the matrimonial cases and the case for maintenance in M.C. No.535 of 2017. This application remain unnumbered. Hence the present revision is taken out for a direction. 2.
This court now directs the learned VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to number I.A.(sr) No.1390 of 2022 and dispose of the same in accordance with law and thereafter, proceed with the trial of the cases. 3.
