ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 1st respondent to conduct investigation about the violation and deviation as per the Town and Country Planning Act in 3rd respondent's house premises at No.11, Jeevananthan Nagar 4th Street, Kumaran Nagar, Avadi, Chennai 600 071, by considering the representation letter dated 05.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of Avadi Corporation submitted a copy of the Form-I notice issued under Sections 56 & 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act for production of documents.
3. Since action has been initiated, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to continue the actions by following the procedures and conclude the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
