Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgement and degree dated 25.06.2007 and passed in A.S.No.430 of 2006 on the file of the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Madras, confirming the judgement and decree dated 21.04.2006 passed in O.S.No.2481/2002 on the file of the learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Madras and prays that the same may kindly be set aside. JUDGMENT

Heard Mr. T.V.Krishnamachari, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.A.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is represented by the respective learned counsel that the parties have settled down the matter and entered into a memo of compromise dated 21.10.2016. The copy of the memo of compromise signed by all the parties and the rough sketch annexed to the memo of compromise are filed before this Court.

3. Recording the memo of compromise the appeal is disposed of. The terms of the memo of compromise and plan shall form the part of the decree. No orders as to cost.
