Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para No.6(d) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order of this Honble Court on 12.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.872 of 2022 and pass such further order or orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.872 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
