This application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to mark the following documents viz a) Affidavit and Writ Petition filed by D.Suganya before this court in WP.No.3632 of 2013 b) Order dated 07.11.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.3632 of 2013 c) Legal heirship certificate dated 30.03.2017 issued by Thasildar, Perambur Taluk vide, NI.MU.NO.C2/01669/2017 d) legal heirship certificate dated 30.03.2017 issued by Thasildar, Perambur Taluk vide NI.Mu.No.C2/01670/2017 as additional documents in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

5. The matter is referred to the Additional Master-I for recording evidence from both the parties.
