This matter has been posted today 'For Clarification'.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the order passed by this Court on 10.03.2025, in the address portion instead of mentioning as "The Principal Sessions Judge, Perambalur", it has been mentioned as "The Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore" and hence, it has to be corrected.

3. Accordingly, in the address portion, where the words "The Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore" is mentioned shall be substituted by the words "The Principal Sessions Judge, Perambalur''. In all other aspects, the order dated 10.03.2025 shall remain intact.
