The learned counsel for the respondent/Tamil Nadu Housing Board made a submission that subsequently, after the death of the writ petitioner, the possession of the subject property was taken over by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board on 24.11.2020, in respect of the dues to be paid to the Housing Board.

2. The Housing Board is at liberty to initiate all appropriate actions in the manner known to law.

3. As far as the writ petition is concerned, the possession of the subject property had already been taken over by the Housing Board and therefore, no further adjudication is required.
