O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for OnLine/computerised patta based on the manual patta that has already been issued by the respondents.

2. Heard Mr.V.Balasubramani, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent will issue appropriate proceedings within a period of four (4) weeks based on the representation made by the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4

to the third respondent to take an appropriate decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the earlier proceedings dated 04.09.2013 shall be taken into consideration by the third respondent.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
