In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court, since the petitioner has an opportunity of being heard before the Trial Court even prior to cognizance being taken, in terms of Section 223(1) of BNSS, 2023.
