Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 7 to take action against the eighth respondent for selling EWS plots by conversion and amalgamation within 3 years, for not registering the projects with the first respondent/RERA and for other violations pointed out in petitioner's representations dated 14.03.2024, 22.10.2024, 27.02.2025, 12.05.2025 and 11.10.2025.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 7 to take action against the eighth respondent for selling EWS plots by conversion and amalgamation within three years, which according to the petitioner, is contrary to law.
2. The petitioner had given representations on 14.03.2024, 22.10.2024, 27.02.2025, 12.05.2025 and 11.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the official respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Murthi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 4 to 7. Since no adverse orders are passed against the eighth respondent in this writ petition, notice to eighth respondent is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the competent authority to consider the petitioner's representations 3/6
on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the eighth respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 and 3 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 14.03.2024, 22.10.2024, 27.02.2025, 12.05.2025 and 11.10.2025 seeking to take action against the eighth respondent for the alleged selling of EWS plots by conversion and amalgamation within a period of three (3) years after hearing the objections of the eighth respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
