ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the recall petition on the same in C.C. No.99 of 2010.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
