ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditional order that the petitioner shall execute a bond normal sureties and two sureties blood relative is a parents in order dated 28.11.2025 in

Crl.O.P.No.32737 of 2025 and thereby render Justice.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the contraband involved in this case is only 100 gms of ganja and that the petitioner is unable to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- since he is the sole bread winner of his family and his parents have no source of income. Hence, he seeks for appropriate modification of the order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32737 of 2025.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the quantum of bail bond is reduced to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).
