ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31042 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31042 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is relaxed.
