This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.1084/2014, pending on the file of respondent Police, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1084 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.
