This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Cr.No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.
3.It is made clear that since there is no complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
