Respondents in W.P.No.9138/2019 Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certioararified Mandamus to call for the records of the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.28375/2017/K4 and Na.Ka.No.2915/2018/C1 dated 22.11.2018 and 13.02.2019 respectively of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to consider these petitioners' objections as per Provisions of Sections 68 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 r/w Works of Licensees Rules, 2006, after furnishing the petitioner with the Route Approval, Check Survey, Re-Check Survey List, Angle Deviation, GPS Co-Ordinates, Distances between the Towers, No.
of Towers, Nature of Towers, Route Map of the Project with respect to the District of Erode, Project Report, with respect to the Implementation of the "400 KV DC Line with Quad Moose ACSR-Line 1-from Rasipalayam 400 KV SS to Dharmapuri (Palavadi) 400 KV SS" and "Anikkadavu to Thappakundu 400 KV Line" respectively in the lands of the petitioners and also giving this petitioners reasonable opportunity within a time frame.
