Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SAMPATH MUTHU KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3.Time granted by this Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.285 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021, is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
