The Official Liquidator, As The Liquidator Of M/S.Mambalam Benefit Society Limited (In Liquidation) v. Nil

Comp.A.No.231 of 2020 in C.P.No.149 of 2004 Comp.A.No.231 of 2020 in C.P.No.149 of 2004 M.SUNDAR.J., Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' ('Deputy OL' for the sake of brevity), representing the Official Liquidator attached to this Court (hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of brevity), who has taken out the captioned application, seeks permission to withdraw the captioned application.

2. Learned Deputy OL submits that he has also e-mail filed a memo to this effect in the Registry.

3. Learned Deputy OL seeks permission to preserve the rights of the OL to file a common application including the movable properties form subject matter of instant application.

4. Captioned application is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the OL in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
