The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee to pass orders in OS.No.85 of 2011 pending on their file within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

According to the revision petitioner, the respondents have filed a suit in OS.No.85 of 2011 before the Sub-Court, Poonamallee for declaration. In the aforesaid suit, the revision

petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.216 of 2017, which is pending and another application in IA.No.566 of 2016 filed by the third party for impleading him as second defendant in the aforesaid suit, which is also pending. At this stage, filing the present Civil Revision Petition for directing the court below to dispose of the above suit within a time fixed by this Court cannot be entertained.

2. However, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub-Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the applications in IA.Nos.216 of 2017 and IA.No.566 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
