Defendants PRAYER: Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code praying for the judgment and decree against the defendants as follows:

(a) Restraining the 1st defendant herein by way of a permanent injunction in any manner entertaining or acting upon or mediating or adjudicating on the complaint dated 11.03.2021 given by the 5th defendant to the 1st defendant against the plaintiff;

(b) Grant a permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant herein from in any manner preventing the 2nd defendant or the members of the 2nd defendant from working and rendering services in the films and web series where the plaintiff is acting, pursuant to the letter dated 11.03.2021 of the 1st defendant to the 2nd defendant or otherwise; (c) Grant a permanent injunction restraining the defendants 1 to 4, their office bearers, men, servants, agents or anyone claiming under them from in any manner interfering with shooting of films, web series in which plaintiff is acting and from releasing of the films, web series in which the 2/5

plaintiff is involved as actor, director, producer, music director or otherwise on the basis of the complaint letter dated 11.03.2021 of the 5th defendant or otherwise at the instance of the 5th defendant; (d)Direct the defendants to pay the plaintiff the cost of the suit. For Plaintiff :

J U D G M E N T

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit with liberty to file a fresh Suit. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle and also filed a Memo dated 01.11.2023 in this regard. Recording the same, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Suit, if any fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
