Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2017 with regard to cancellation of Sale Deeds in Doc.No.370/2017, 372/2017 dated 22.03.2017 executed by the 5th respondent in favour of the 6 and 7 respondents based on the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) issued by the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to consider his representation dated 11.07.2017 with regard to the cancellation of the Sale Deeds dated 22.03.2017 executed by the 5th respondent in favour of the respondents 6 and 7, based on Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent. 3.Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.74 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif Court, Pallipattu, to declare the sale deed dated 22.03.2017 as null and void and for permanent injunction. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also obtained an interim order of Status quo before the Trial Court.

4. Since the petitioner has already filed a suit for the very same relief sought for in the writ petition, I do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition.

5. In these circumstances, the writ petition is devoid of merits and hence the same is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to prosecute the suit in accordance with law. No costs.
