ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No. 7434 of 2025 in W.P.No. 6766 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.03.2025, the first contemnor Mr.M.Prathap, District Collector, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvallur, 2/5

has appeared before this Court and submitted that the work of laying road in the subject property has been stopped. Further, he submitted that, for the purpose of removing the mud, machineries were engaged for 30-40 minutes. He admits that the order of this Court has been violated and he undertakes that, it will not repeat in future. He also undertakes that, he will obey the orders passed by this Court.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the District Collector, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
