ORDER
The petitioner challenges the Official communication dated 02.01.2013 issued by the Registrar, University of Madras/1st respondent by which the petitioner's request for appointment to the post of Assistant came to be rejected stating that he does not possess requisite qualification.
2. The learned counsel for the University has placed on record the order passed in W.P.No.18955 of 2014 filed by the petitioner challenging the very same communication and the said Writ Petition came to be dismissed on 20.06.2022
3. The captioned Writ Petition has been filed suppressing the earlier Writ Petition. Since the earlier Writ Petition having been dismissed on merits, the 2/4
present Writ Petition is not maintainable and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
