(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2021 for grant of patta.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.240/17, Vayalur Village, Agaram Seegur Panchayat, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and she has submitted a representation seeking for patta before the 1st respondent on 04.03.2021. But, so far, the petitioner's representation was not considered and no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. I have heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader and perused the records carefully.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass suitable orders on merits after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
