In the earlier occasion, this Court granted permission to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2022, in Crl.MP.No.17852 of 2022 with a condition that he should return to India and surrender his passport within a period of four months from the date of boarding i.e, on 05.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to health condition of the petitioner's wife, he could not travel to India. Hence he seeks further time of three months to comply with the above said order.

3. However, three months time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
