ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.148 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Earlier when the anticipatory bail petition was taken up for consideration, this Court dismissed the petition on the ground that the victim is still in hospital and the petitioner is absconding. Now, there is no change in circumstances to entertain second anticipatory bail petition.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
