Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the conditions of producing a government surety and appearing before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m., imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1047 of 2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

For Petitioner: Mr.B.Sundar For R1 : Mr.C.Raghavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1047 of 2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police. 2.On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition as follows: "The petitioner is ordered to released on bail in the vent of arrest or surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on or before 8.3.2019 on his depositing a title deed to the value of Rs.10,00,000/- before the lower court as well as on his executing a bond for Rs.

10,000/- each with two sureties (one of the surety must be a Government Servant) for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and further that the petitioner shall appear,before the Investigation Officer for interrogation whenever required and not to tamper with the witnesses either directly or indirectly in the meanwhile."

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the conditions even once, as imposed by the court below and hence seeks to dismiss the petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
