The learned counsel for the petitioner is present so as the learned counsel representing the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has in ability to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- as directed by this Court as per the impugned order dated 09.04.2021. However, said amount could not be deposited stating that the dispute pertaining to this writ petition is pending before NCLT.

Today, this matter is listed under the caption of "for dismissal" . Since the petitioner has not deposited Rs.5,00,000/- as directed by this Court on 09.04.2021 and expressed his inability to deposit the said amount. The same is recorded.
