CRIME NO.181 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11823 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 in Crl.OP.No.16342 of 2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.11823 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.16342 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent police has not yet completed the investigation.

4. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for an interrogation.
