The instant writ petitions are filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the orders in Ka.No.41/015982/VASUB-5/TNSTC(V)/2012, Ka.No.39/015979/VASUB-5/TNSTC(V)/2012 dated 23.11.2012 and 01.11.2012 passed by the respondent and quash the same consequently directing the respondent to repay the recovered amount for the period of November 2012 to January 2013.

2. The writ petitions were listed for hearing on 14.10.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioners. Thus, the cases were directed to be listed on 16.10.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. When the matters are taken up for hearing today i.e., on 16.10.2019, in the first round as well as in the second round, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioners are not interested in pursuing these matters. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
