O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Questioning the legality and validity of the order passed by the fourth respondent in RC.No.5622/2014/C1 dated 13th April, 2015, the petitioner has come up with the instant writ petition.

2. Subsequent to the proceedings dated 13th April, 2015, an order/notice has been issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 on 15th April, 2015. Thereagainst, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 10 of the Act before the District Collector, Thiruvallur, which is pending consideration and as such, at this stage, this petition is not maintainable.
