Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent proceeding in file No. UA4VAGZP / 2024 / TCP dated 22.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the third respondent to grant approval of the
layout comprised in S.Nos. 420 /1B, 421/3 and 421/6 to an extent of 2.12 acres situated at Uthiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. She had also produced a letter dated 25.07.2024 to withdraw the petition which was submitted to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Madras.
3. In view of the above submission and the letter dated 25.07.2024, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
