JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) This matter had been directed to be listed before the Court as it is shown as pending in the records, even though the bundle is not available. The endeavour is to find out whether the lis still subsists and if so, to get the records reconstructed with the assistance of the Counsel for parties. 2.Learned Counsel for appellants states that the records are not available with him also as the matter is very old, nor any instructions are forthcoming.
3.We thus close the writ appeal with liberty to the appellants to revive the same in case the lis survives by submitting the relevant papers for reconstruction of records. No costs.
