W.P.No.8740 of 2021 W.P.No.8740 of 2021 M.S.RAMESH. J., This Court in a W.P.No.8740 of 2021 directed the Labour Court to pass an award in I.D.No.17/2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Cuddalore, has addressed the letter dated 17.02.2023 seeking extension of two months further time for disposal of the case.

3. Hence, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for disposing the case.
