This petition has been filed seeking permission to the petitioners to substitute the legal heirs in the place of the first petitioner viz., P.Chinnasamy since deceased, who is the first petitioner in the writ petition.

2. Since the first petitioner in the writ petition is no more, it become necessitated to bring the legal heirs of the first petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid aspects, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, accordingly this petition is ordered.
