ORDER
This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2025. Upon reading the representation, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sixth respondent has committed bigamy.
3. If that is the case, the petitioner has to first file a private complaint before the jurisdictional Court and appropriate action will be taken. As far as disciplinary action is concerned, it is within the domain of the respondents.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 would submit that an explanation has already been sought from the sixth respondent, who has retired on a voluntary retirement basis. 2/4
5. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 23.04.2025 nsl To 1.
